We were finally able to get a reservation for this beautiful place this spring. The food is outstanding! The flavours are so gentle yet remarkable. I truly enjoyed the flavour of salt during our visit here. I prefer to cook and consume food with less salt but coming to Rimrock opened my perspective that salt can be a lovely thing. The natural taste of the meat and seafood was thoughtfully complimented with the way it was cooked. Bravo to the staff for their superb professionalism yet warm and friendly.

An extraordinary culinary experience—one that not only lived up to its reputation but, in fact, exceeded it. For years, this establishment has been lauded as Whistler’s finest, and justifiably so. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, genuinely invested in the experience they were facilitating—something increasingly rare in a culture that often undervalues hospitality as a craft. The menu featured seafood, duck, lamb, and steak, each executed with a degree of care that suggests mastery rather than mere competence. The wine list was vast, curated with the discernment of someone who understands that detail matters.

Excellent food and service. We were pleasantly surprised to learn of the spring menu special upon arrival at the restaurant. We availed of it of course. At 545 pm the restaurant already had quite a few diners. Every dish was carefully curated and was flavourful. The fish was excellent and the scallops delightful. The only downside is that we had to climb a set of stairs.

This place is a timeless Whistler classic! The food is always top notch and the service is amazing. We went during the spring prix fixe menu offer. Lots of choices and options to mix and match for what you are craving for. I got a seafood fix - oysters for appy and seafood trio as main. The oysters were fresh and light. Seafood trio had salmon, prawns, and seared tuna. All the seafood was cooked perfectly. Topped off dinner with their classic sticky toffee pudding - very decadent! They have a good selection of cocktails and a decent wine by glass list. Hanna was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the food, answered all our questions, very attentive, and had a “fun” attitude about her.

First time being in Canada, came here for a work function. My partner was looking for a nice dinner restaurant, after doing research and reading reviews. This was his top pick. The place is nice and music was great. Our server was phenomenal and went above and beyond. He explained his faves on the menu. The way he described each item. Our friends and I couldn't decide what to get. I went with the lobster bisque, seared scallops, filet mignon and sticky toffee pudding. Best sticky toffee pudding i have ever had. Hands down the best place to eat and I give it 10/10. I cant wait to come back again, the food was delicious. If you are deciding on the place, chose this one. You won't be disappointed at all.

About an 8-minute drive from Whistler Village. This place is the ultimate destination for seafood, meat, and fine wine lovers. We started with their oysters as an appetizer honestly, they were just okay. But then we added the Lobster Bisque, and it completely blew us away! The flavor was rich and layered, with a beautiful balance of wine and lobster that made it refreshing, not greasy. It was smooth, not fishy at all, and every sip was bursting with lobster flavor! Main Course: Venison Steak – Absolutely stunning. The sauce was made with red wine, sweet white wine, and foie gras butter, giving it a flavor almost like beef. Seafood Trio – A dish with shrimp, tuna, and salmon. The shrimp was incredibly sweet with a hint of wine aroma. Each ingredient was paired with a different sauce, making every bite vibrant and exciting. My girlfriend and I literally scraped the sauce off the plate—it was that good! For dessert, we had the Cheesecake. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and the staff were so thoughtful—they wrote “Happy Birthday” on the plate and lit a candle. The service was amazing! We’re definitely going back again!

We had a wonderful time last night! Our waitress was lovely and explained the menu to us. We tried many different dishes between two of us and left full! The cocktails and desert were also delicious, next time were in Whistler we will absolutely be back!
